Shipping Policy


Domestic Shipping Policy:

Priority mail is 1-3 business days based on origin, destination and drop-off time. The expected delivery data does not come with money-back guarantee. Priority Mail Express is next-day to 2 day guaranteed service by 6 pm with a money-back guarantee.

Order Processing Time-All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, once processed your order will be shipped and you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of being assigned.

Holidays:

Christmas Day deliveries are made only in limited locations. An extra fee for those deliveries will be assessed. 
Priority Mail Express not a guarantee, unless otherwise noted. For Priority Mail Express® shipments mailed December 22 through December 25, the money-back guarantee applies only if the shipment was not delivered, or delivery was not attempted, within two (2) business days.
Priority Mail Express New Year’s Day deliveries are made only in limited locations. An extra fee for those deliveries will be assessed. Shipping may be delayed during National observed holidays.

International Shipping Policy:

Shipping cost for orders outside the U.S. and Canada are calculated at checkout (free shipping does not apply). Find & Discover is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages (Return…see return policy)-Find & Discover are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

If we are experiencing a high volume or orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
